Electrical works across duplexes at Amen Estate Phase 3, from slab-stage conduit to wall rough-in and finishing.
At Amen Estate Phase 3 our team worked across multiple duplexes, starting at slab stage, when the conduit for every ceiling point has to be laid before the concrete is cast.
Working from the electrical drawings, we routed conduit across the reinforced slabs, then chased and roughed in conduit through the blockwork before plastering, ready for cabling and termination.
