Eurovic Engineering Services Limited (RC 1987914) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our head office is at 24 White House, Folarin Street, Satellite Town, Lagos State, Nigeria.

We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
• Quote requests: your name, phone, email, job location, details about the job, and any site photos you attach.
• SIWES and internship applications: your name, contact details, institution, course, level, preferred dates and location, what you tell us about yourself, and any SIWES letter or CV you attach.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you share through that channel.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, it measures visits in aggregate without cookies and without identifying you.

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange site visits and deliver the work you ask for (to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and to perform it).
• To assess SIWES and internship applications and contact applicants (your consent, which you can withdraw).
• To keep records required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (legal obligation).
• To protect the website from spam and abuse (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website, who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and spam protection (Turnstile).
• Resend: delivering form submissions and confirmation emails.
• Google: our email inbox.

Some of these providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under the NDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Enquiries and quotes: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless they become part of a project, in which case we keep project records for as long as tax and legal obligations require.

SIWES and internship applications: up to 12 months, or for the length of your placement plus 2 years if you join us.

Under the NDPA you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your data where we no longer need it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
• transfer your data to you or another organisation, where applicable.

To exercise a right, email contact@eurovicengineering.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Data sent through this website is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to submissions is limited to staff who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information (such as bank details) through our forms.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
